Can I measure the windows myself?+
Yes, and most customers do. Measure the opening in three places (top, middle, bottom), take the smallest value and subtract the installation clearance — usually 2–3 cm in width and height. If in doubt, send photos and raw dimensions and we'll check them together.
What if I get the dimensions wrong?+
Windows are made to measure, so once the order is confirmed they can't be altered. That's why you receive a drawing and specification to approve before production — that's where most mistakes get caught. If dimensions look doubtful, we flag it ourselves.
How long does it take?+
Typically a few weeks from order confirmation — the exact date is in the offer, as it depends on the system and season. Queues are longer in spring and autumn, shorter in winter.
Do you recommend fitting crews?+
We don't do installation and take no commission from fitters — but we know the market and are happy to point you to someone in your area. Just tell us where you're building.
Why are you cheaper than a showroom?+
Because you're not paying for the showroom. We buy at dealer price from the manufacturer and sell the product alone — no display space, no sales reps, no fitting crews on the payroll. Same profile, same factory, shorter route.
Do I get an invoice and warranty?+
Yes. We issue an invoice and the product carries the manufacturer's warranty. Note that the warranty covers the product — installation errors made by you or your crew fall outside it.
Can I claim the thermal-modernisation tax relief?+
If you're replacing windows in an existing, completed residential building that you own — as a rule yes, up to PLN 53,000 off your income. It does not apply to houses under construction. This is general information, not tax advice — confirm the details with your tax office or accountant.
How does delivery abroad work?+
We deliver to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and beyond. Transport is priced individually based on the address and order size. Settlement and paperwork are adapted to the destination country.
Can I pay after delivery?+
Windows are made to individual measure, so a deposit is required to start production. The balance is due before or on delivery — exact terms are in the offer and order.
Do you sell a single window?+
Yes. There are no entry thresholds or minimum orders — we handle one replacement window just as well as a full house or development.
