Terms of sale

Version dated: 24.08.2026

1. Seller

The Seller is PPHU GALI Michał Galios, based in Kalety (Silesia, Poland), VAT no. 5751479721, REGON 240904922, hereinafter the "Seller" or "GALI". Contact: e-mail biuro@gali-group.pl, phone +48 889 113 680.

2. Subject of sale

The subject of sale is window and door joinery and accessories, manufactured to the Customer's individual order according to an agreed specification (dimensions, profile system, colour, glazing, hardware). The Seller does not provide installation services; installation remains the Customer's responsibility.

3. Enquiry, offer and conclusion of contract

A configuration prepared in the configurator or dimensions sent to us constitute an enquiry and are not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. In response the Seller presents an offer containing the specification, price and lead time. The contract is concluded when the Customer confirms the order in writing (including by e-mail) and pays the deposit.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are stated in Polish zloty. The price in the offer is valid for the period indicated therein. A deposit in the amount stated in the order is required to start production; the balance is payable before or on delivery, as set out in the order. The Seller issues an invoice.

5. Dimensions and specification approval

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions provided and for the choice of opening side. Before the order goes into production the Customer receives a specification and drawing for approval. After approval, changes are not possible, as the goods are made to individual order.

6. Lead time and delivery

The lead time is stated in the offer and runs from order confirmation and receipt of the deposit. It may be extended for reasons beyond the Seller's control (e.g. material availability, production stoppages), of which the Customer will be informed. Delivery is made to the indicated address; unloading is provided by the Customer unless agreed otherwise.

7. Receipt of goods

The Customer must inspect the goods on delivery for transport damage and completeness. Visible damage must be reported at the moment of receipt and noted on the transport document.

8. Warranty and statutory liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty on the terms set out in the warranty card, and statutory warranty under applicable law. The warranty covers product defects. It does not cover damage or defects resulting from incorrect installation, transport carried out by the Customer, improper use, storage or maintenance. Installation is not part of GALI's service and remains outside the Seller's responsibility.

9. Withdrawal from the contract

Under Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specification or serving their individualised needs — and made-to-measure joinery is such goods.

10. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted to the Seller's e-mail address, including a description of the defect, photographs and the order number. The Seller pursues the complaint with the manufacturer and informs the Customer of the outcome. A response is provided within the statutory deadline.

11. Sales outside Poland

For deliveries abroad, transport, settlement and documentation terms are agreed individually in the offer. Polish law applies to the contract, unless mandatory provisions of the consumer's country provide otherwise.

12. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms; orders placed before an amendment are governed by the version in force on the date of the order.
