Process

From idea to windows on site.

Six steps. No sales visits, no pressure, no "offer valid today only".

  1. 01

    You configure or send dimensions

Build the window in the configurator, or simply send a list of dimensions, a photo of the opening or the architect's drawing. Enough for us to know what we're talking about.

  2. 02

You get a quote within 48 hours

A concrete offer for your configuration — not a range, not a "from" price. If something doesn't work technically, we say so straight away.

  3. 03

    We settle the details

Colours from the sample book, glazing, hardware, sills. We advise, but the decisions are yours — we don't push extras.

  4. 04

You confirm the order and deposit

We sign an order with the specification and dimensions. From that moment dimensions are locked — which is why it pays to check them twice.

  5. 05

    Production

Your windows are made at the AWG factory. The standard lead time is stated in the offer and we keep you posted.

  6. 06

    Delivery to site

We deliver to your address in Poland or abroad. Unloading is on your side — we'll tell you how many people you'll need.

What you need to prepare

  • Opening dimensions — ideally measured in three places (top, middle, bottom) and recorded as the smallest value.
  • The opening side for each window — viewed from inside the room.
  • Space for unloading and someone to help — windows can weigh over 100 kg.
  • A fitting crew for the agreed date. If you don't have one, we'll suggest who to ask in your area.

Start with a quote

You don't need a finished design. Knowing roughly how many windows you need is enough.
